Royal Suite room 701 (Louise – can we ensure that bed linens are ready, pressed and steamed, as little creases in the bedding and pillow covers as possible. Windows washed. Floors cleaned. Drapes in top notch shape, might need to steam. Also need amenities and towels set in the bathroom).
